PROFILE

Michael serves as a strategic advisor and provider of Tenant Representation and specialized Call Center real estate services to corporate tenants in Canada. His experience extends from boutique assignments to large-scale office and call center facility transactions. As one of only a few call center site selection specialists in Canada, Michael is recognized in the industry as being both knowledgeable and trustworthy when servicing the needs of his clients.

Before joining Cityspace, Michael began his career at Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS), where he excelled in providing real estate and advisory services to BGIS's corporate and retail client accounts. In Michael's latest role at BGIS, he assisted in performing lease renewals for CIBC's retail branch locations, giving him in-depth knowledge and broad experience in many Canadian sub-markets.
