PROFILE

Since 1999, Mr. Zitoli has gained extensive corporate interiors project management experience, including recent experiences with building re-development and critical Data Centre infrastructure projects. Recently, Joe has built upon his skills and experiences and founded Cityspace Project Management Services Inc.. Cityspace is a boutique Project Management outfit that services many brand name corporate clients with value-add services and client-driven solutions. As Principal of the firm, Joe continues to build on the growth of the company with a dynamic and diverse team of individuals. Joe is currently managing key accounts including TD Bank Financial Group, Sunwing Airlines and Cadillac Fairview Corporation.

Prior to the inception of Cityspace Project Management, Joe spent ten years at global corporate real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as Vice President of the local Project Management Group in JLL’s Toronto offices. In this capacity, Joe was responsible for managing the Toronto PM group and executing on an average of over $30M of corporate interiors work annually. His extensive skills and expertise allowed him the opportunity to represent many of the firm’s global strategic clients across Canada including Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase and many others.

Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Joe was employed with TrizecHahn Office Properties, a large building owner and Landlord of many commercial properties across Canada. As Project Manager, Joe was responsible for all aspects of project development, construction, upgrades and leasehold improvements throughout a 3.5M square foot portfolio and over $10M of annual capital project expenditures.
