Laurence serves as consultant, strategic planner and provider of specialized Tenant Representation services to corporate tenants. His expertise extends to markets in the Greater Toronto Area as well as the other major and secondary markets across Canada where he has completed assignments ranging from large-scale headquarters transactions for top-tier global firms to complex lease renegotiations to strategic planning and execution for firms with multiple locations.

 

Recognized as a leading provider of specialized real estate services to the call center industry, Laurence has completed more than 1.3 million square feet of major call center assignments. His responsibilities also include the development of best practices to support the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in servicing the needs of its clients.

 

Having advised clients since 1986, there is little Laurence has not seen in the world of commercial real estate.  Prior to founding Cityspace in 2003, Laurence served as Executive Vice President and Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he managed the firm's Tenant Representation group in Canada.

 

Education/Accreditation:

Laurence earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at the University of Western Ontario and is a Registered Real Estate Broker in the Province of Ontario.
