Since joining Cityspace in 2008, Paul has
worked with a wide range of companies and organizations to solve their occupancy
issues. He is adept at handling every aspect of the real estate
transaction from needs analysis, site selection and financial analysis to lease
negotiation, execution and move-in. Paul comes to Cityspace with a solid
background in strategic planning and financial analysis. His strong
business background enables him to provide his clients with a macro
perspective of how real estate complements their overall business goals.
Paul, working closely with 24 year veteran Laurence Himel, is alsopart of the Cityspace team that consults
on many of the firm’s largest accounts, delivering services such as
strategic planning and lease negotiations, as well as demographic and
financial analyses.
Education:
Paul earned a Bachelor of Management and
Organizational Studies (Specialization in Finance) at the University of Western Ontario.
