Peter is a recognized
leader in the design development and construction of high rise
condominiums and commercial construction projects. He was recently the
owner’s representative for two high profile condominiums residences in
downtown Toronto where he managed the consultants, oversaw the design
process, developed construction budgets, prepared schedules and
supervised the construction manager’s progress. Prior to becoming a
partner at Cityspace, Peter was employed with the Tridel Corporation
where he was a project manager for a $50M condominium in North York and
a $30M project in Scarborough. Peter was responsible for overseeing all
aspects of these developments from initial design development, to
working drawing coordination, tendering, contract award, the
construction build out process and final turnover.
